Cancellation / Return

Here you will find everything you need if you want to return your items:

Return requirements:
- The 14-day return period must be observed.
- The item must be in its original condition.

Instructions for returns:

1. Send an email to denimdreamz.clo@gmail.com with a clear statement of your withdrawal. The following form will help you.
2. Pack the items included in your return in secure packaging. You can use the original packaging if it is securely sealed.
3. Send the return to the following address . Consumers currently bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after receiving your return.
